ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
MEASURES TO BE TAKEN IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
The procedure to follow in an emergency such as
earthquake, flood or fire is:
1. Close all hot water taps in the house.
2. Close the gas valve and the main water valve.
3. Turn o the main power.*

DO NOT REPLACE POWER CORD, REMOTE CONTROLLER CABLE AND CASCADE CABLE
If the cord or cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a cord (or cable) available
from your local Reece branch. The cord or cable must be replaced by an authorised
tradesperson.
DO NOT USE POWER CORD BUNDLED
Never use power cord in a bundled condition.
It can cause heat generation and fire.
DO NOT PULL POWER CORD
Do not remove the power plug by pulling the cord
as it may generate heat by wire breakage and cause
fire. Hold the plug when removing the power cord.
INSERT POWER PLUG FULLY INTO POWERPOINT
Check that the power plug is clean and undamaged,
then fully insert into the power point.
DANGER OF WET HANDS
Do not touch power plug with wet hands.
It can cause electric shock.
