10. Remove and discard the small white Teflon washer from the motor
shaft.
11. Remove the 6 nuts from the blower plate. Disengage the plate from the
chamber ceiling. There may be suction build-up on the plate gasket.
Support the blower plate during this process. Do not allow it hang by
the wiring, especially the temperature sensor.
12. Remove the blower plate gasket and install the new one from the kit.
13. Reinstall the blower plate, securing it with the 6 nuts. When aligning
the mounting holes, all wiring and tubing must be pushed up into the
hole behind the plate to prevent them from being cut or pinched
(Figure 7).
14. Install the new white Teflon washer onto the motor shaft, halfway
between the motor shaft shoulder and the chamber ceiling.
15. Install the blower scroll plate by aligning it with the larger end of the
keyholes and turning it to the left to lock it on. Pull the black lever clip
down from the ceiling.
16. Install the new blower wheel with the round hole onto the motor shaft
until the wheel is against the shoulder of the shaft. Make sure the wheel
turns freely.
17. Insert the 3 plugs (2 smaller) into the appropriate holes in the blower
scroll.
