F01 Water Inlet fault
Check if the water pressure is too low.
Check if the inlet hose is knotted.
Check if the inlet filter is blocked.
Check if the inlet hose is frozen.
After fault is removed, press .
F03 Drainage fault
Check if the drain hose is knotted.
Check if the water filter is blocked.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that the water has cooled before
draining the appliance.
F13 Door lock fault
Start program for 20 sec and unlock the door to check
whether the door is closed.
Open or close it again.
After fault is removed, press .
F14 Door unlock fault
Press . The appliance will try to
open the door. The alarm will not be removed until the
door is unlocked. Or turn the programme selector to the
Off position for 3 seconds to turn off the machine.
Choose the desired programme to start the machine
and the alarm will be removed.

Overflow or too much

Remove the error code by pressing
and then drain water.
