If fault occurs again, unplug the appliance and
contact the after-sales service.
Emergency door opening
In case of failure to open the door due to power outage or other special circumstances, the emergency
unlock trigger at the drainage pump door can be used for emergency opening.
Before opening the door:
CAUTION !
Risk of burns ! Make sure that the water
temperature is not too high and the laundry is
not hot. If necessary, wait until they cool down.
CAUTION !
Risk of injury ! Make sure that the drum is not
rotating. If necessary, wait until the drum stops
rotating.
To open the door, proceed as follows:
1. Ensure that the appliance is switched off and
unplugged from the main socket.
2. Open the cover of drain pump filter.
3. Keep the emergency unlock trigger pulled
downward and at the same time, open the
appliance door.
4. Take out the laundry and then close the
appliance door.

If laundry winding occurs, separate and rearrange
laund
ry load.
If the laundry in the drum is too lightweight, add two or
more towels.
