7.6 Replacing the encoder
Important: Do not connect the encoder when it is energised (under voltage),
as otherwise electronic components in the encoder will be destroyed.
When the encoder is not connected, the drive may only be switched on for
testing with the rope slack.
After replacement of the encoder or displacement in relation to the rotor,
readjustment of the encoder is required on synchronous machines!
