3. Blocking clamp (for traction sheave)

age the blocking clamp with lug (item 1) in the ring groove under the
brake disc. Screw in the securing bolt on the front of the traction sheave.
Tighten the pressure bolts to clamp the ropes.
Deployment: In the event of slipping ropes.
Example: On releasing the car from the engaged position (safety gear).
4. Rope clamp (for rope pulley)
To secure: Insert the blocking clamp between the
rope pulley and frame with the sloping section
facing the pulley. Clamp the ropes by screwing in
and tightening the bolts (A).
To release: Unscrew the bolts and transfer to the
inner threads (B). Screw in the bolts and release
the blocking clamp by pressing away from the
frame (C).
Deployment:
This is used to hold down the counterweight
