OPERATING MANUAL DAF380 MAINTENANCE/SERVICE
ThyssenKrupp Aufzugswerke GmbH
Lower the hydraulic jack, reset the pressure arm to the next securing thread
on the traction sheave above the hydraulic jack.
If there is not enough travel for the blocking clamp, this should also be reset.
Then repeat the procedure described until the elevator car is free.
During the pulling operation the rope clamp must not be attached to the
ropes, as otherwise there is a danger that the clamp will catch between the
rope and the traction sheave.
After completing the measure, remove the auxiliary tools and mount the
protective devices (rope fixing beam / protective hood).
Important: before reconnection of the installation, ensure that the cause of
the malfunction has been remedied and that the installation is in proper
working order.
