      Tony McdanielAug 22, 2025
If the Tiger Water Heater is not hot enough, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if Energy Saving Mode is selected; if so, press Temp.Set or Unlock key to bring it up to the setting temperature in a minute. Also, make sure the unit is completely upright, especially if hot water was dispensed while the unit was tilted. Ensure the plug is properly connected. If it is set to lock automatically, press the Unlock key once to dispense hot water.

What to do if Tiger PDU-A40U has flashing lights and signs on display?
    • M
      mitchell19Aug 26, 2025
If your Tiger Water Heater's boil and keep warm lamps flash alternately and signs appear on the display, and the unit is equipped with Dry-Boil Protection, it means there is no water or very little water in the container.
