The appliance does not turn on

The dry lter is not installed, or
the dry lter is dirty
Install the dry lter or clean and
allow it to dry completely
Brush roller tangled in animation

1. Remove blockages

WiFi indicator is off WiFi is not connected

Empty the dirty water and then
reinstall the DWT
All lights off in operation Battery overheat or malfunction
Cool the appliance down and

Battery low. Please charge the
appliance.
Low battery Charge the appliance, or restart
LCD loop illuminates red
Voice prompt:
Please perform self-cleaning to
ensure cleaning performance
Dirt sensor malfunction or
blocked
Remove blockages, clean the
debris channel, or restart
