Telephone settings
Call blocking / keypad locks
You have the option to lock different buttons (e. g. the numeric keypad or access to the menu or
electronic telephone book). Locked buttons or dialling restrictions will only get accessible after
entering the PIN.
1. Press the or button to select
"settings".
2. Press the button.
3. Press the or button to select
"telephone".
4. Press the button.
5. Press the or button to select
"blocking".
6. Press the button.
7. Press the or button.
8. Press the button.
Every time you press the button, the display
switches between the available functions.
The display shows "appointments".
The display shows "telephone".
The display shows "ringing tone".
The display shows "blocking".
The display shows "menu / register".
Every time you press the button, the display
switches between:
Menu/register: Restricts the entry or operati-
on via the menu or via the electronic telepho-
ne book.
Numeric Keypad: As for the functions
"manual dialling" and "speed dialling", the
dialling of telephone numbers via the keypad
is restricted.
Dialling restriction: Here, you activate or
deactivate the call blocking.
Blocked numbers list: Here, you will get an
entry option for telephone numbers that shall
be restricted for dialling. You can enter up to
10 different telephone numbers or parts of
telephone numbers.
Authorised numbers: Here, you will get an
entry option for telephone numbers that shall
be released for dialling. You can enter up to
10 telephone numbers.
Now, you get an entry option for the selected
function.
