The golden rules for care
WARNING! Always stop the engine, disconnect the spark plug connector and let
the machine cool before performing inspection, maintenance and cleaning work.
DANGER! Proper maintenance is essential for safe and trouble free operation.
Improper maintenance, or failure to address a problem instantly can cause a
malfunction which can result in serious injury or even death.

Keep the machine clean and clear blockages in the exible hose (5), extension
tube with handle holder (9), extension tube (10), nozzle (11), guard net (15) and
mufer (18). Remove debris after each use and before storage.

Regular and proper cleaning helps to ensure safe operation and prolongs the life
of the machine.
> Inspect the machine before each use for worn and damaged parts. Do not operate
it if you nd broken and worn parts. Replace worn parts as necessary or contact an
authorised service centre for repair before using the machine again.
WARNING! Only perform repairs and maintenance work according to these
instructions! All further works must be performed by a qualied specialist!
Cleaning
NOTE: Do not use chemical, alkaline, abrasive or other aggressive detergents
or disinfectants to clean this machine as they might be harmful to its surfaces.
Cleaning the housing
> Use a damp, lint-free cloth to clean the housing of the machine.
> Do not emerge the machine into water or any liquids.

Clean the ventilation slots on the side cover of the engine with a soft brush. Clogged
ventilation slots might cause the engine to overheat.
> Wipe the surface with a dry cloth afterwards.
