Anti-vibration dampers
The anti-vibration dampers reduce the transmission of vibrations created by the engine
to the operator’s back (Fig. 23). If it is necessary to replace the dampers, contact an
authorised service centre or a similarly qualied person.

Guard net
The guard net (15) is set between the back plate (2) and the volute case (3) (Fig. 24),
preventing leaves, dirt or foreign objects from being drawn in. Inspect and clean the
guard net regularly. Blockage at the guard net (15) may lead to overheating.
