Gear box
> Lubricate the gear box (22) every 30 hours or more frequent at heavy use.
> Add grease through the lubricator (23) with an lubricating gun until the grease comes
out between the gear box (22) and the cutting device (1) (Fig. 33).

> Wipe out any excessive grease from the equipment.
Cutting device
Clean the cutting device (1) regularly. Check it for any damage and protect it from
corrosion. If necessary take the cutting device (1) to an authorized dealer for sharpening.
Carburetor
The carburetor is pre-adjusted by the manufacturer. If it is necessary to adjust the
carburetor, contact an authorised service centre or a similarly qualied person. Do not
perform any adjustment by yourself.
Silencer
If it is necessary to adjust or replace the silencer, contact an authorised service centre
or a similarly qualied person.
