5-3. Checking the Pressure Gauge
WARNING
When the pressure gauge is not working
properly, stop operation.

Otherwise, abnormality inside the chamber, if any,
cannot be found, thereby causing serious accident.
If pressure gauge malfunction is suspected, please
contact your dealer or our local representative.
Open the chamber lid.
Check that the pressure gauge reads “0MPa”.
