WATER SPECIFICATION
Required water pressure : 1.5 - 3 bar (20 - 45 psi / 150-300kPa)
IRON: Iron is regulated via the drinking water ordinance with 0.2 mg/L
CHLORINE: Even small amounts of chlorine can lead to a change in taste
CARBONATE HARDNESS: Depending on the coffee; recommendation: individual tasting during
set-up and subsequent fine-tuning of the filter blend, as the KH has the greatest influence.
