3. Press the button “MEAS” again to measure the second lateral length
of the space.
4. Press the button “MEAS” again to measure the height of the space.
5. The device will automatically multiply the three measurement
values. After a short while the volume of the space will be shown
on the display.

Using the Theorem of Pythagoras (a

), the height of an object can
be determined indirectly.
With two reference points
1. Press the button “Indirect Measurement” once. The indicator for
indirect measurement with two reference points will be shown in the
top of the display.
