2.Checkthetensionofthealternatorbeltby
depressingit(Figure66)midwaybetweenthe
alternatorandthecrankshaftpulleyswith10kg
(22lb)offorce.

thedeectionisincorrect,proceedtostep3.If
correct,continueoperation.
3.Loosentheboltsecuringthebracetotheengine
(Figure66),theboltsecuringthealternatorto
thebraceandthepivotbolt.
4.Insertaprybarbetweenthealternatorandthe
engineandpryoutonthealternator.
5.Whenyouachievethepropertension,tighten
thealternator,braceandpivotboltstosecure
theadjustment.

intoskin.Injecteduidmustbesurgicallyremoved
withinafewhoursbyadoctor.

andttingsaretightbeforeapplyingpressureto
thehydraulicsystem.
Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrompinhole
leaksornozzlesthatejecthigh-pressurehydraulic
uid.
Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.
Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem
beforeperforminganyworkonthehydraulic
system.
CheckingtheHydraulic
LinesandHoses
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Checkthehydrauliclinesandhosesforleaks,kinked
lines,loosemountingsupports,wear,loosettings,
weatherdeterioration,andchemicaldeterioration.
Makeallnecessaryrepairsbeforeoperating.

Thereservoirislledatthefactorywithhigh-quality
hydraulicuid.Thebesttimetocheckthehydraulic
oiliswhentheuidiscold.Themachineshouldbein

cuttingunits,engagetheparkingbrake,shutoff
theengine,andremovethekey.
