Drivingtimetypicallylessthan5minutes
Frequentoperationindustyconditions
Constructionwork
Afterextendedoperationinmud,sand,water,or
similardirtyconditions,haveyourbrakesinspected
andcleanedassoonaspossible.Thiswillprevent
anyabrasivematerialfromcausingexcessivewear.
Underfrequentheavydutyoperatingconditions,
lubricateallgreasettingsandinspectaircleaner
dailytopreventexcessivewear.
JackingtheVehicle
Whenevertheengineisrunforroutinemaintenance
and/orenginediagnostics,therearwheelsofthevehicle
shouldbe1inch(25mm)offthegroundwiththerear
axlesupportedonjackstands.
DANGER
Thevehiclemaybeunstablewhenusingajack.It
couldslipoffthejack,injuringanyonebeneathit.
Donotstarttheenginewhilethevehicleisona
jack.
Alwaysremovethekeyfromtheignitionbefore
gettingoffofthevehicle.
Blockthetireswhenthevehicleisonajack.
