HANDLES AND CONTROL CABLES
The objective is to have the wheels begin to drive when
the bail is about 1” (25mm) below the upper handle,
yet be able to lower the bail enough to stop the wheels
without releasing the bail (Fig. 261).

To adjust, turn the knob or loosen the cable clamp and
slide the cable jacket up or down. Secure with the clamp.

The adjustment point for this cable is a knob, jam nuts,
or a clamp to the handle (Fig. 259 and Fig. 260).
