maintenance,whetherperformedbyadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.

Thereisnootherexpresswarranty:
•Costofregularmaintenanceserviceorparts,suchasblade
sharpeningorwornblades
•Anyproductorpartwhichhasbeenalteredormisusedandrequires
replacementorrepairduetoaccidentsorlackofpropermaintenance
•Pickupanddeliverycharges
•Operationalmisuse,neglect,oraccidents
•RepairsorattemptedrepairsbyanyoneotherthananAuthorized
ToroServiceDealer
•Repairsnecessaryduetoimproperbatterycare,electricalsupply
irregularities,orfailuretoproperlypreparethemowerpriortoany
periodofnon-use.
GeneralConditions
Allrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyan
AuthorizedT oroServiceDealerusingT oro-approvedreplacementparts.
RepairbyanAuthorizedT oroServiceDealerisyoursoleremedyunder
thiswarranty.
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliablefor
indirect,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththe
useoftheToroProductscoveredbythesewarranties,includingany
costorexpenseofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduring
reasonableperiodsofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletionof
repairsunderthesewarranties.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequential
damages,sotheaboveexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.

guaranteepoliciesforyourcountry,province,orstate.IfforanyreasonyouaredissatisedwithyourDistributor’sserviceorhavedifcultyobtaining
guaranteeinformation,contacttheToroimporter.Ifallotherremediesfail,youmaycontactusatToroWarrantyCompany.
