Iftheoillevelonthedipstickistoolow,carefully
pourasmallamountofoilintotheoil-lltube,
wait3minutes,andrepeatsteps8through10until
theoilonthedipstickisatthecorrectlevel.
Iftheoillevelonthedipstickistoohigh,drain
theexcessoiluntiltheoilonthedipstickisatthe
correctlevel.
Important:Iftheoillevelintheengineistoo
lowortoohighandyouruntheengine,youmay
damagetheengine.
11.Installthedipsticksecurely.

Electric-StartModelOnly
ServiceInterval:Every25hours
Chargethebatteryfor24hoursinitially,thenmonthly(every
25starts)orasneeded.Alwaysusethechargerinasheltered
areaandchargethebatteryatroomtemperature(70°or22°
C)wheneverpossible.

belowtheelectric-startbutton(Figure42).

Ifthebatterydoesnotchargeortheenginedoesnotrunwith
theelectricstarter,thefusemaybeblown.Replaceitwitha
40Aplug-intypefuse.
1.Removethecoverfromthebatterycompartment
(Figure43).
2.Pulloutthebatteryandlocatethefuse(Figure43).
3.Replacethefuseinthefuseholder(Figure43).
