ServicingtheMowerDeck
GearBoxLubricant
ThegearboxisdesignedtooperatewithSAE80-90gear
lube.Althoughthegearboxisshippedwithlubricant
fromthefactory,checkthelevelbeforeoperatingthe
cuttingunitforthersttimeandevery150operating
hoursthereafter.Changethelubricantinthegearbox
every400operatinghours.

ServiceInterval:Every150hours
1.Positionthemachineandcuttingunitonalevel
surface.
2.Lowerthemowerdecktothe1inch(2.5cm)
height-of-cut.
3.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrollevers
totheneutrallockedpositionandsettheparking
brake.
4.MovethethrottlelevertotheSlowposition,stopthe
engine,removethekey,andwaitforallmovingparts
tostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
