Note:Torowillnotassumeresponsibilityfordamagecaused

Note:Manyhydraulicuidsarealmostcolorless,makingit
difculttospotleaks.Areddyeadditiveforthehydraulic
systemoilisavailablein20ml(2/3oz.)bottles.Onebottleis
sufcientfor15-221iters(4-6gallons)ofhydraulicoil.Order

CheckingtheHydraulic
System
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Checkthelevelofthehydraulicuidbeforetheengineisrst
startedanddailythereafter.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface.Releasethe
tractionpedaltotheneutralpositionandstartthe
engine.RunengineatlowestpossibleRPMtopurge
thesystemofair.DonotengagethePTO.Raise
thedecktoextendliftcylinders,stoptheengine,and
removethekey.
2.Removethehydraulicllcap(Figure62)fromller
neck.
3.Removethedipstickandwipeitwithacleanrag
(Figure62).
4.Screwthedipstickallthewayintothellerneck;then
removeitandchecklevelofuid(Figure62).
Iflevelisnotwithinnotchedareaofthedipstick,add
enoughhighqualityhydraulicuidtoraiselevelto
withinthenotchedarea.Donotoverll.
5.Replacethedipstickandthreadthellcapnger-tight
ontollerneck.
6.Checkallhosesandttingsforleaks.
