EachHydraulicSystemOilCapacity:52ounces(1.5
l)persidewithlterchange
CheckingtheHydraulicOil
ServiceInterval:Every50hours—Checkthehydraulic
oillevel.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.DisengagethePTO,movethemotioncontrollevers
totheneutrallockedpositionandsettheparking
brake.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
4.Allowtheengineandhydraulicsystemtocoolfor
tenminutes.
Note:Theoillevelonthedipstickwillbeincorrect
whentheoilischeckedandtheunitishot.
5.Movetheseatforward.
6.Cleantheareaaroundthedipsticksofhydraulic
systemreservoirs(
Figure90).
7.Removeonedipstickfromthehydraulicreservoir
(
Figure90).
8.Wipethedipstickoffandthreadthedipstickinto
thereservoir.
9.Removethedipstickandlookattheend(
Figure90).
Iftheoillevelisattheaddmark,slowlypouronly
enoughoilintothehydraulicreservoirtoraisethe
leveltothefullorHline.
Important:Donotoverllthehydraulicunits
withoilasdamagemayoccur.Donotrunthe
machinewiththeoilbelowtheaddmark.
10.Installthedipstick.
11.Repeatprocedurefortheoppositedipstick.

leaksornozzlesthatejecthighpressure
hydraulicoil.
Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulic
leaks.
Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulic
systembeforeperforminganyworkonthe
hydraulicsystem.
Makesureallhydraulicoilhosesandlines
areingoodconditionandallhydraulic
connectionsandttingsaretightbefore
applyingpressuretohydraulicsystem.
