Why won't the conveyor belt turn on my Toro MH-400 Utility Vehicle?
    • H
      Helen PenningtonAug 17, 2025
If the conveyor belt of your Toro Utility Vehicle won't turn, it could be due to several reasons. The belt control valve might be in the center position, or the belt may be incorrectly tensioned. The material being conveyed might be too densely packed or clumped together. For SH models, the on/off pendant switch could be in the ‘floor off’ position, while for EH models, the conveyor belt option on the control pendant or the remote switch might be off. Other potential causes include improperly connected pressure and return hose quick couplers, insufficient hydraulic oil in the tow vehicle (or power pack), no power at the solenoid, or insufficient hydraulic pressure and flow from the tow vehicle. It is suggested to contact an authorized Toro distributor for service.

Why is the conveyor belt jerking on my Toro MH-400?
    • M
Mrs. Ashley Wright MDAug 20, 2025
If the conveyor belt on your Toro Utility Vehicle is jerking, it could be due to insufficient hydraulic oil in the tow vehicle (or power pack), or the rpm might not be at full throttle on the tow vehicle. Another possible cause is that the belt is not tensioned properly, causing the rear drive roller to slip. Also, the belt control valve might not be fully open, or the tow vehicle could have insufficient hydraulic pressure and flow. It is suggested to contact an authorized Toro distributor for service.
