Servicing the Reel Assembly
Disassembly:
1. Remove the guards from each end of the cutting unit
and th
e front and rear roller assemblies (Fig. 19).
2. Remove the shoulder bolts, bushings and spacers
fro
m each end of the unit and remove the bedbar/bed-
knife assembly (Fig. 20).
3. Remove the inboard locknut from the adjuster pin, the
fast
eners for the bracket and remove the adjusting
handle assembly from the side plate (Fig. 20).
