1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceandengage
theparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengineandwaitforallmovingparts
tostop.
3.Loosenthesetscrewonthesideofthe
brake-leverknob.Turntheknobclockwiseto
tightenthebrake;turntheknobcounterclockwise
toloosenthebrake.
Note:Theleftwheelshouldlockcompletely
whenyouengagethebrake.
4.Tightenthesetscrew.

Note:Inspectthedrivebeltthroughtheslotontopof
thebeltcover.Adjustasrequired.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceandengage
theparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengineandwaitforallmovingparts
tostop.
3.Loosenthe2boltssecuringthebeltguardto
machineuntilyoucanremovethebeltguard
(Figure24).
Note:Theboltsandwasherswillremain
attachedtothebeltguard.
