Moving a Non-Functioning Machine (continued)
5. Disengage the parking brake by moving both motion-control levers down to the center,
unlocked position.
Note: Do not start the machine.
6. Move the machine as required.
IMPORTANT
Always push the machine by hand. Do not tow the machine, because towing may
damage it.
7. Move the motion-control levers outward to the P
ARK position.
8. Move both bypass levers rearward and over through the slotted hole to lock them in
place
.
Releasing the Mower-Deck Curtain
Loosen the 2 bottom bolts of the curtain to access the top of the mower deck.
IMPORTANT
Always tighten the bolts to connect the curtain after maintenance.
