•Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrompinhole
leaksornozzlesthatejecthigh-pressurehydraulic
uid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.
•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem
beforeperforminganyworkonthehydraulic
system.

ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Checkthehydrauliclinesandhosesforleaks,kinked
lines,loosemountingsupports,wear,loosettings,
weatherdeterioration,andchemicaldeterioration.
Makeallnecessaryrepairsbeforeoperating.

ServiceInterval:Every40hours
Brushmustmakeenoughcontactwithconveyorbelt
todispersetop-dressingmaterialbutnotrestrictthe
rotationofthebrush.Apieceofstiffpapercanbe
insertedbetweentheconveyorbeltandthebrushto
checktheadjustment.
1.Insertapieceofstiffbetweentheconveyorbelt
andthebrushtochecktheadjustment.
2.Checkthatthebrushissameheightfromside
toside.
3.Checktheconditionofthebrushbristles.
Ifthebristlesareexcessivelywornreplacethe
brush.Ifthebristlesarewornuneveneither
replacethebrushoradjustthebrushposition;
refertoAdjustingtheBrushPosition(page26).

bristleswillwhiskmaterialfrombetweenconveyorbelt
lugswithoutexcessivelycontactingsmoothportion
