PreparingtheMachinefor
Storage
1.Thoroughlycleanthemachine,especiallyinside
thehopper.Thehopperandconveyorbeltarea
shouldbefreeofsandparticles.
2.Tightenallfasteners.
3.Lubricateallgreasettingsandbearings.Wipe
offanyexcesslubricant.
4.Storethemachineoutofthesuntoprolongthe
lifeoftheconveyorbelt.Whenyoustorethe
machineoutside,coverthehopperwithatarp.
5.Checkthetensionofthedrivechain.Adjustthe
tension,ifnecessary.
6.Checkthetensionoftheconveyorbelt.Adjust
thetension,ifnecessary.
7.Whenbringingthemachineoutofstorage,
checkforsmoothoperationofbeltbeforeadding
materialintothehopper.
