1 BEFORE USING EQUIPMENT
e-STUDIO5055C Series, Paper Feed Unit, Paper Feed Pedestal, or Additional Drawer Module

Turn the power of this equipment ON.

Pull out a drawer carefully until it comes to a stop.

While holding the green lever of the side guide in the
direction of the arrow, set the side guide to the paper
size (E.g. A4-R).
Adjust the side guides with both hands.

Place paper in the drawer.
y One drawer can hold up to 600 sheets (64 g/m2) (17 lb.
Bond).
Be sure that the height of the stacked paper does not
exceed the line indicated inside of the side guides.
P.11 “Acceptable copy paper”
y Fan and jog the stack of paper well before you place it in
a drawer, or the sheets may not be separated before
being fed. Be careful not to cut your fingers when
fanning.
y Place paper with its copy side up. The copy side may be
noted on its wrapping paper.
