4511 Connection timeout Printing has failed since the transmission of the print data
stopped during the communication with a client computer
or the connection from a client computer has not been cut.
Check that the Ethernet cable is connected properly.
In addition, check that the Ethernet settings in the
equipment are the same as those for the hub connected to
the equipment. Then reattempt the communication.
4521 Reach the max number of connections Printing has failed since the numbers of the connection
have reached the maximum.
Wait for a while and reattempt the communication.
If the error still persists, contact your service
representative.
4522 Registered print job number reached
to limit at data reception
The job reception is limited since the printing jobs under
processing have become full.
1.Wait until the printing of jobs under processing and
waiting is finished and then reattempt the operation.
2.Delete unnecessary private print jobs and invalid
department print jobs. Then reattempt the operation.
4523 Internal storage device full at data
reception
The job reception is limited since there is not enough
space in the internal storage device. Delete unnecessary
private printing jobs and those with no department codes
in the internal storage device and then perform the job.
4611 Font download failure The font cannot be registered since the available number
of fonts has exceeded. Delete at least one font.
4612 Font download failure The font cannot be registered since there is no space in an
internal storage device. Delete at least one font.
4613 Font download failure The font cannot be registered since an error has occurred.
Perform downloading again or regenerate the font data
first.
4621 Downloaded font deletion failure Check whether or not the font to be deleted has been
registered.
4721 Connection error of Multi Station Print
(Invalid combination of the ROM
version)
Contact your service representative.
4731 Multi Station Print Job List corruption
error
Jobs were removed since an abnormality has occurred in
the Multi Station Print job list. Register the removed jobs
again.
4F10 Print failure Perform the printing again. If the error still persists, turn
the power OFF and then back ON. Then reattempt the
operation. If the error still persists, contact your service
representative.
