The address book data is imported into “Import Address Book”.
y If you have already been import an address book before, contacts information will be
overwritten the existing import address book.
If one or more records have been skipped during the import process, it may be due to
one of following reasons:
- Record already exists.
- Group name contains an invalid character.
- Fax number is invalid.
