4.4 Preventive Maintenance Checklist

Notes:
Perform cleaning and lubricating in the following timing. Lubricate the replacement parts
according to the replacement cycle.
e-STUDIO520: every 450,000 sheets
e-STUDIO600: every 500,000 sheets
e-STUDIO720: every 575,000 sheets
e-STUDIO850: every 600,000 sheets
Values under “Replacement” indicate the replacement cycle for the e-STUDIO520/
e-STUDIO600/e-STUDIO720/e-STUDIO850.
The replacement cycle of the parts in the feeding section equals to the number of sheets fed
from each paper source.
Be careful not to put oil on the rollers, belts and belt pulleys when lubricating.
