Message Retrieval
You can program your 0VJ or phantom extension number/message waiting buttons to
automatically retrieve your voice mail messages when you press it.
Skip to “To retrieve messages with Msg or Phantom Extension Number/Message
Waiting button” on page 78 if you have already performed this function. Once
programmed, this key does not need to be programmed again.
➤ To program your 0VJ button to retrieve messages
1. Press the extension number
or phantom extension
number.
You hear a dial or confirmation tone after you
press the button.
2. For Strata DK24/56/96 and
DK8/16, press

You hear a confirmation tone. “657” or “#657”
is the Stratagy System Identification code for
message retrieval from voice mail.
For Strata DK424i/DK424/
DK280, DK40i/DK40/
DK16e, and DK14,

Your telephone must have the
6SHHG'LDO

5(3, 6'6) button and the 5HGLDO (5'/)
button for the
button to function properly
while using the Stratagy system.

By storing your security code, you avoid having
to enter your code every time you access your
mailbox.
Important! Including your security code in
this programming will enable
anyone to retrieve your messages
from your phone. If a security code
is not desired, do not include it.

5HGLDO. You hear a confirmation tone. Display
telephones show, “DATA PROGRAMED.”
