4.24 Touch pad/Fingerprint sensor board
Removing the Touch pad/Fingerprint sensor board
To remove the touch pad/fingerprint sensor board, follow the steps below and refer to Figure
4-35 and 4-36.
1. Disconnect the membrane switch FPC from the connector on the touch pad.
2. Disconnect the fingerprint sensor board FFC from the connector CN9810 on the
fingerprint sensor board.
3. Turn the cover assembly face up and remove the touch pad adhered with the double-
sided tape.
4. Remove the TPD BTN cover adhered with the double-sided tape while releasing the
latches.
