Check the each pin voltage of IC107.
Is 1pin 3.4V ? If it is 0V, replace Q107.
Is 2pin 2.5V ? If it is 0V, replace IC104.
Is 3pin 1.5V ? If it is 0V, replace IC101．
Is 100MHz Clock
outputting from
3pin of X100 ?
Replace X100.
Does Standby
LED turn on

Problem resolved.
Replace IC106.
