Alarm monitor command controls the issue of the process alarm. Alarm monitor command can be
specified in every next item.

Tag No. of a process tag
Alarm monitoring group of the process alarm can be divided by the designation of the signal
category. Signal category is registered in each process tag.
Alarm monitoring group controls the issue of the process alarm.
Screen for Monitoring Process
The screens to monitor the process are the Alarm Summary display, Tag Group display, Point
display, Tag Search and Graphic screens.
