Reading the temperature: Press the
Probe selector switch on the control.
The probe temperature will display
for 5 seconds then revert back to the
temperature of the grill.

Insert the meat probes into the
socket on the lower left corner of the
controller, then thread probe through
the nothc on the front of the grill.
Insert probe tip into meat, making
sure it's not in the fatty portion or
touching bone, but is halfway into the
thickest part of the meat.
