SECTION ONE: ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
MOUNTING LEGS TO GRILL FRAME
Hardware required: 8 bolts, 16 washers, 8 locking washers, 8 nuts
1. Unpack the grill from the box. Take out the contents inside the grill, and place them
aside.
2. With the help of another person, carefully rotate the grill upside down. Use the foam
packaging included to brace the barrel on the non-hopper side, and keep it steady.
Caution: The grill is very heavy. Always lift the grill with 2 people.
3. On the pellet hopper side, install the front leg assembly (64) with the large wheel by
aligning the pre-drilled holes on the leg with the holes on the skirt. Install with a bolt (72)
and washer (70), and attach the other side using a washer (70), locking washer (73),
and nut (71). Note: Make sure the wheel is facing outward.
4. Repeat step 3 to install the rear leg assembly (65) with the large wheel.
5. On the non-pellet hopper side, insert the capped leg (67) into the leg bracket.
6. Lift the capped leg so the pre-drilled holes on the leg align with the holes on the skirt.
Install with a bolt (72) and washer (70), and attach the other side using a washer (70),
locking washer (73), and nut (71).
7. Repeat step 5 to install the final capped leg.
