SECTION ONE: ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
MOUNTING LEGS TO GRILL FRAME:
1. With the help of another person, carefully rotate the grill upside down. Use the foam
packaging included to brace the barrel on the non-hopper side, and keep it steady.
Caution: The grill is very heavy. Always lift the grill with 2 people.
2. On the pellet hopper side, install the front leg assembly (64) with the large wheel by
aligning the pre-drilled holes on the leg with the holes on the skirt. Install with a bolt (72)
and washer (70), and attach the other side using a washer (70), locking washer (73),
and nut (71). Note: Make sure the wheel is facing outward.
3. Repeat step 3 to install the rear leg assembly (65) with the large wheel.
4. On the non-pellet hopper side, insert the capped leg (67) into the leg bracket.
5. Lift the capped leg so the pre-drilled holes on the leg align with the holes on the skirt.
Install with a bolt (72) and washer (70), and attach the other side using a washer (70),
locking washer (73), and nut (71).
6. Repeat step 5 to install the final capped leg.
