INSTALL GREASE DRAIN PAN:
RECOMMENDATION for ease of clean-up: Line the Grease Drain Pan (97) with heavy-
duty aluminum foil. Be sure the edges and ends of the foil are tight against the bottom
of the Grease Drain Pan (97).
1. Insert grease drain pan (97) onto the inside of the Grill Frame Body (1) and insert the
tube into the hole provided on the right side of the Grill Frame Body (1). Then insert the
Flange of the Grease Drain Pan (97) onto the flange on the Heat Baffle (94)
POSITIONING THE PORCELAIN GRILL:
1. Insert Porcelain Grill (135) into Grill Frame Body (1) and rest on angles centered front to
back and side to side. Insert Porcelain warming shelf (134) onto upper brackets and
align the warming shelf les to the slots in the brackets.
HANGING GREASE BUCKET
The Grease Bucket (112) hangs on the Bucket Hook located below the Grease Drain Tube
opening on the right side of the Grill Frame (1).
