At this time, the go-kart must be lift-
ed approximately 12” from the crate.
You may need an assistant or two. Place a
sturdy support under the kart frame i.e. jack-
stands. Be safe. Use caution. Make sure the
unit is stable and secure so that it doesn't fall.

Locate the rear axle.

Apply multi-purpose grease on the
spline of the axle. Remove nut and
washer.

Steps 58 & 59 are not necessary,
however, we recommend using a
quality lubricant with straw.

Carefully push the straw between the
seal and axle. Spray lubricant for
about 1 second.

Mounting rear fenders. Remove
mounting bolt from rear fender
bracket with a 10mm wrench.
