Problems Not Caused from Air Conditioner
Incident Explanation
Fog drifts out from the supply air grille of the
indoor unit.
− Cool air from the indoor unit swiftly makes
the room humid and it consequently caus-
es some fog.
The unit does not operate immediately
− when the swtich is turned on after turned
off awhile.
− when the operating mode is changed.
− This is a protection mechanism of the air
conditioning system that you have to wait
for 3 minutes approximately.
There is unplesant odor out of the indoor unit. − This could be happened when the indoor
unit has absorbed some bad odors from
the room or the tobacco. The indoor unit
releases the unplesant odor together with
the cool air (This case is recommended to
clean the indoor unit by a professional
technician. Please contact your dealer for
cleaning service).
Water leakage from the outdoor unit. − During COOL and DRY mode operation,
the tubes and connectors will be cooled
causing the steam condensation.
Crack noise − This sound would be caused from enlarge-
ment/shrinkage of the front panel etc.
which is subsequent to temp. adjustment.
Air bubble noise − This sound would be occurred when the
outdoor air is pulled into the drain pipe
resulting from a crooker hood or a ven-
tilation fan operation. This air pulling will
cause some air bubble occurred and also
the noise.
Machine operating noise from the ourdoor
unit
− It would be the noise from operating fan
or the operating compressor.
Water ow noise − It would be the refrigrant injection noise or
the water condensatin noise in the indoor
unit.
