Final System Setup
After completing all of the steps previously outlined,
perform these final checks before leaving the unit:
WARNING
Hazardous Voltage w/Capacitors!
Failure to disconnect power and discharge capacitors
before servicing could result in death or serious
injury.
Disconnect all electric power, including remote
disconnects and discharge all motor start/run
capacitors before servicing. Follow proper lockout/
tagout procedures to ensure the power cannot be
inadvertently energized. Verify with a CAT III or IV
voltmeter rated per NFPA 70E that all capacitors have
discharged.
Turn the solution pump control circuit breaker handle to
the “Off” position. Inspect the unit for misplaced tools,
hardware, and debris.
Close the disconnect switch or circuit protector switch
that provides the supply power to the unit's circuit
breaker.
Turn the solution pump control circuit disconnect switch
to the “Hand or Auto” position.
Press the “AUTO” key at the Human Interface Module
to begin system operation.
The system will start automatically once a request for
solution cooling has been initiated.
Verify that all exterior panels including the control panel
doors and condenser grilles are secured in place.
