Ductwork connection
Tables 6-7 list all the possible
connections.
Ducts must be connected to spigots
by means of duct tape. They must
never be screwed. Make sure that
the entire spigot surface area is
covered. Push the duct as far as
possible onto the spigot towards
the unit to get the best air tightness.
All open spigots should be
connected to ceiling grilles or
diffusers using normally equal duct
runs to minimize the damping
requirements at the grilles. Unused
spigots must be sealed. To ensure
maximum performances of the unit,
the ductwork must be as short as
possible, with a minimum number
of bends.
