II. The Ready Lamp on operation panel
can not be on
1. Check if the fuses (T6-6-30133) in
control box is burnt down. Please
replace with a new PCB if the fuse burnt
down soon again. (BD3 on PCB may
be broken)
2. Check if the Wire ASS’Y X4 (T7-6-10440)
connect to Heater (T5-1-12320) at terminal
(T5-1-12451) is loose or in bad connection
3. Heater (T5-1-12320) is broken, please
replace a new one. Be careful about the
wires of sensor. It can’t be changed (see the
picture below) (sensor #12 is positive, and
#11 is negative. The voltage of the sensor
is around 12.5-18 mV when the temperature
is ready for the machine to work.)
4. Ready Lamp is broken (machine still can strap), please change the READY LAMP
(T5-4-10260).
5. If above are all ok, please replace with a new PCB (T7-6-10140 /T7-6-10141).
