4. BR635ZZ bearing for Press Bar (TA-069) is broken which leads the press bar incapable
of making the straps sealed together after tensioning.
5. Return Spring (TB-114) for Heater Arm (TB-102) is either broken, coming off or worn
which makes Heater Tongue (T5-1-12110) unable to enter the correct melting position.
6. Rear Bar (TA-074) is too sharp; use the oil stone to make the tip of the rear bar a little bit
rounder.
7. If you find the jointed surface is smaller than the standard size, check if the position of the
Strap Guide (B) (T5-1-10150) is according to your requested strapping width. Or you
can adjust Guide Front (TB-197) and Front Plate (TB-208) as illustrated in the following
drawing for positioning PP straps equal to each other.
V. When you turn on the machine, machine fails to make sealing right after
Ready Lamp (T5-4-10260) has lit up. Sealing will be back to normal again
after you wait for awhile:
1. Temperature is too low even when the Lamp (T5-4-10260) lit up. Pleases adjust the
VR3 “TEM” on the PC board clockwise as illustrated in the following drawing.
2. Check if those four connecting wire terminals of Heater (T5-1-12320) are loosening or in
bad connections.
3. Replace Heater (T5-1-12320).
