  Cloudy water in your Treesse Swimming Pool can result from several factors. It might be due to unbalanced water values (hardness, pH, alkalinity), incorrect or infrequent water treatment, a dirty or clogged sand filter, excessive dirt brought in by users, or weather conditions if the pool is outdoors. To resolve this, refer to chapters 1, 2, and 3 for detailed instructions. It's also recommended to shower before entering the minipool to remove cosmetic or lotion residues and to cover the minipool when it is not in use.

  Foam on the surface of your Treesse Swimming Pool can be caused by residues from sunscreens, cosmetics, or soaps, water with unbalanced values (hardness, pH, alkalinity), or overly soft water. To address this, take a shower before entering the minipool to remove residues. Also, refer to chapters 1 and 2 for guidance.

Why is there sand in my Treesse Swimming Pool?

  It is normal to find a minimal amount of sand inside the Treesse Swimming Pool during the first hours of using the sand filter. After the first cleaning of the bottom, the problem should no longer exist. Refer to chapter 3 and directions regarding the use of minipool cleaners.
