What to do
This is a rare occurrence but we all know that computers can be
temperamental every now and again!
Should the screen freeze or lock up for more than 90 seconds,
find the START/SHUT DOWN button (Within the hole on the
back panel of the base of the screen unit) and then press and
HOLD the START/SHUT DOWN button until the computer fully
shuts down and the screen is black.
Just tap the START/SHUT DOWN again to START UP the
computer and thus the Xdream bike.
Please note If there has been a power cut or a power
spike at your premises, you may need to SHUT DOWN
the computer as above but also switch off the wall power
switch as well and turn it back on again, in order for the
Xdream bike to right itself.

Symptoms
1) Why are the console buttons not responding?
2) I have ridden one of the tracks before but that
data has not been recorded on my user profile,
why?
3) When I climb out of the seat, my rider on the
screen remains sat down? The saddle sensors are
behaving erratically, what do I do?
4) The rider on the screen will not steer correctly, or
the rider veers far right/left when I am trying to steer
straight ahead? What do I do?
What to do
Check that the switch near the back foot of the Xdream is
TURNED ON (Button at position 1). This switch controls the
console buttons so if it has been turned off, none of the
console buttons will respond.
Firstly TURN OFF the switch near the back foot of the Xdream
bike. It is vital that the bike be left switched off for a MINIMUM of
10 seconds to allow power to drain from the bike section of your
Xdream. Next stand astride the centre frame of the bike (Not
sitting on or touching the seat) and then press and keep
HOLDING the up arrow of the gear shifter pod on left hand side
of handlebars (Front derailleur) ensuring that the handlebars
remain straight and centred.
Next TURN ON the switch near the back foot of the Xdream
bike whilst continuing to press the up arrow of the left gear pod.
Then please move the handlebars all the way over to far left,
over to the far right, over to the far left then back to the centre.
At this point you can then release the up arrow button.
Please note that this procedure will not work if the bike is not
turned off for a minimum of 10 seconds before the procedure is
performed.

If the steering is behaving erratically, the sensors in the
handlebars need to be recalibrated. This is easy to resolve!
